What language do you offer assistance in?

We are always happy to assist you in English, as this is the official language of our company. However, our team is also well-versed in Malay language and Bahasa Indonesia.

Halus Holistik Pte Ltd is the exclusive sole distributor for Halus Ayurvedic. Our offices are located in Singapore & Indonesia. Our botanical herbs are sourced regionally and internationally but are handcrafted and formulated in Singapore.

OUR PRODUCTS
Are your products 100% natural?

Yes. Our products are free from any synthetic ingredients. They are plant-based or vegan, alcohol-free, 100% free from preservatives and artificial colourings or fragrances and some of our botanical herbs come from organic farms. Our products are kind to humans and kind to earth.We focus on small production which means we strive to maintain the purity and quality of our products.

Generally, our products have up to 2 years shelf life when unopened. When it comes to using the products after opening, the packaging provides information on the estimated expiry date. Our products typically last for up to 1.5 years from the time of opening, as indicated “Use By: (dd/mm/yyyy)” at the back label of each product. It’s worth noting that there may be a slight change in product texture, scent and colour because of the herb’s natural behaviour towards environmental exposure or stressors once the bottle has been opened.Do store oils in a cool, dark place and away from direct sunlight. Keep the lid or screw cap close and tight at all times to prevent oxidation.

 

Natural and pure oils do not have preservatives, they come in their natural state. Slight variant does not affect or does not mean that product quality or efficacy is affected. Unless, the product when received has a sticky and plasticky smell, this is a good indication that the oil is no longer safe for use. If this were to happen, please notify us via email  at productcreatives@halusayurvedic.store within 72 hours upon receiving your order.

What to include in your email:

 

  1. Order number, your full name and contact number
  2. Picture of the product
  3. Video on the product to show the quality of oil
  4. A short write up to describe your concern about the oil

By including all of the above into your email to us will greatly assist us in our investigation. We will be in touch with you within 7 working days (Singapore Time Zone).

Absolutely! Our products are unequivocally safe for use during pregnancy. We assure you that our products are formulated to cater to your unique needs with the utmost care and precision. However, it is important that you read the back label on usage suggestions and/or visit our website for full product safety and care.

 

*We advocate seeking advice from your trusted physician if you have any reservations about using specific products.

 

*Our products are for external use only and are formulated to offer support to your overall health and well-being. They are not made to be ‘the solution’ to any health issues.

Our products are crafted to bring pure comfort to any skin type in any situation. With our diligent research and meticulous formulation, we have successfully minimized the risk of any possible irritations.

For ultra-sensitive skin (of all ages), we recommend to start with ‘Anyar Massage Oil’ first because we keep eczema-prone skin in mind when we design its formula. It is the gentlest formulation among all of our product range.

Nevertheless, we strongly encourage you to perform a ‘Patch Test’ first to ensure safety and check for potential allergies.

How to do a ‘Patch Test’:

  • Apply 1 drop of oil on the bend of elbow, twice daily for 7 days. Discontinue if any reaction occurs.
  • Otherwise, you may opt to purchase our product samples (2g or 5g) first before committing into purchasing the full sized bottle.

At the moment, we do not accept any ‘custom order’ for special craft oils. You may still write in your special request via email at productcreatives@halusayurvedic.store. Our R&D team is always in the look-out for ideas and inspirations, if your request is achievable based on our current capacity and capabilities, we are happy to fulfill you with your special ‘custom order’.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
What are my delivery/shipping options?

For local (Singapore)orders, there are three options you can choose from:

 

  1. Standard delivery within 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) – SGD6
  2. Same-day delivery* – SGD15
  3. Free delivery for orders above SGD120

 

*Subject to stock availability. We will notify you via Whatsapp/SMS.

In the event of unexpectedly high order volumes or seasonal farming (harvesting), our processing time may be delayed, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.Our team will be in touch with you should there be any expected and/or unexpected delay.

 

Rest assured that we are working diligently to minimize any disruptions and to fulfill your requests as per the normal schedule or time frame.

We aim to ship globally; however, every country has their own restrictions.

If you require shipping outside of Singapore, kindly write to us at support@halusayurvedic.store to obtain the shipping rates.

Currently, we are able to deliver to many countries in SEA, United Arab Emirates (UAE), United Kingdom (UK) and Germany.

Please note that all  orders outside Singapore are subject to local customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties.

In case your order is delayed or missing, please notify us via support@halusayurvedic.store.Our company  is not held responsible for missing, lost, stolen packages or damages done after the package is delivered at your doorstep.

 

Should there be any request to leave the package at your office, or reception/lobby and any places which have a risk of the package getting stolen or missing, our company will not be liable for any loss package.

Our company  is not responsible for the safety of the package after the delivery process has been completed by both local and international carrier-handlers.

Please notify us via email at support@halusayurvedic.store  within 48 hours of receiving the order so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item/s you received.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE
Can I exchange, return and/or refund my purchase?

We apologize, but currently, we do not offer exchanges and/or returns.

All sales are final.

I’ve done an ‘allergy patch test’ and your product is not suitable for me. Can I exchange, return and/or refund my purchase?

We are sorry that our product is not compatible with you. Unfortunately, we are not able to foresee such circumstances despite the intensive R&D our team has done to ensure our products can suit (almost) everybody.

 

We understand circumstances like yours may occur, therefore we have samples available for purchase to allow customers to try and experience our products before committing to a full-sized bottle.

 

We hope for your kind understanding that we are not able to offer an exchange, return or refund to you.

DISCOUNT CODES
How do I apply a discount code?

In order to apply a discount code, please insert it at the checkout page. Please keep in mind that our discount codes cannot be combined with any other discount codes and only one code can be utilized per transaction. Any offers that are featured on our website without a distinct discount code will be applied to your purchase during checkout automatically. Should this be the case, you will not be able to use any further discount codes since the offer is already discounted.
