Nurulhuda Salimee

Raised in a traditional Indo-Malay family, Nurul unconventional thinking led her to explore new paths. In her mid-20s, she has had enough of the typical Singapore work-life scene. Nurul packed her bag and left Singapore to search for new opportunities and life in Dubai.

During the 5 years living abroad, she tried to adopt a healthy lifestyle by going to the gym, practice yoga and eating mindfully. However, she could not understand why she still could not get a proper diagnosis for the inflammations in her joints and the constant occurrence of knee injuries despite her best efforts to stay fit. Also diagnosed with hormonal imbalances, causing Nurul to have unbearable heavy periods, porous bones, and severe eczema. Tired of allopathic treatments and medicines, she sought natural remedies for her health issues, discovering Ayurveda and therapeutic style of Yoga. Ayurveda treated her conditions at its root, while Yoga Therapy helped her tap into her energy and emotions. Nurul personal healing journey inspired her to study and practice these disciplines to help herself, her loved ones and others.

Nur' Hazwani Ab Mutalif

In her journey of dealing with health challenges arising from her busy lifestyle, she has discovered Ayurveda as an alternative to conventional medicine. She found that Ayurvedic remedies are gentle enough for children and effective for adults as well. She particularly likes Ayurveda because it addresses the root cause of the problem rather than just treating the symptoms. Additionally, she advocates for children’s health and believes that every child deserves a healthy life. With Ayurveda, she has found it possible to boost the immune system and prevent chronic diseases.
