Elok Oral Care Duo:

Elok Elemental Oil (All Purpose) 100g & 100% Handmade Pure Copper Tongue Scraper.

This is the classic and ancient Ayurvedic dental practice ; non-toxic dental products and highly effective to keep your mouth, gums and digestive system clean and healthy.

Steps to care for your oral health:

1. Pour a good amount of Elok Elemental Oil into your mouth and swish oil in mouth for 10 seconds, then hold oil in mouth whilst you take a shower or bath. Spit out the oil into a bag or WC after 1 to 3 minutes.

2. Brush and floss your teeth as you normally do.

3. Gently scrape your tongue from the back to front 7 to 10 times with Elok Tongue Scraper. The scraper massages your tongue, which means it is massaging your internal organs too. The tongue holds the map to your internal organs eg. Digestive Organs.

4. Gargle and rinse mouth with water.

This whole process only takes 5 minutes. You may practice this morning or evening, or twice a day as you wish.

Elok Oral Care is safe for children above 5 years old under the supervision of an adult.
