How to use:

1. Apply 1 pump of Ebo Foot Oil directly onto the rough side of Elok Kansa Bowl. Then spread the oil thoroughly on the surface of your foot with the bowl. Start stimulating your foot with the bowl by moving the bowl in circular motion and/or apply pressure particularly on the marma (vital) points. Do this for 5 minutes on each foot before bedtime and wear socks after.

2. If you have ticklish feet, try this method instead: Roll up a bath towel and place it on the floor. Place the bowl on top of the rolled towel, rough side up. Apply 1 pump of Ebo Foot Oil directly into your foot, oil it thoroughly. Then place foot onto the rough side of the bowl and start rocking forward and back and side to side, applying pressure on all sides and corners of the foot. Perform this while sitting down for 5 minutes on each foot before bedtime and wear socks after.
