This Wellness Retreat offers a good blend of mindfulness, relaxation and fun.
Yoga Style: Designed for stressed and exhausted women therefore there’ll be chakra cleansing and balancing practice, breath works and deep relaxation techniques. No prior yoga experience required. We focus on bringing back balance to body, mind and soul.
Ayurveda: Dr. Consultation & 1 x Ayurvedic Treatment (Abhyangha). Visit Ayurvedic Pharmacy.
Meals: A balance between traditional cuisines and traditional kerala foods. Vegetarian friendly. Not vegan friendly.

Terms & Conditions:
- 100% refund on initial deposit will be granted upon request via email by or before 31st July 2024 @ 10pm SGT.
- 0% deposit refund will be granted for request after 31st July 2024 @ 10pm SGT. And it is non-exchangeable.
- For health or emergency reasons, initial deposit will be refunded 100% based on supporting documents / proofs provided by you in writing via email. If this were to occur by or before 1st Sept 2024, we regret to inform you that no refund on the initial deposit will be granted.
- Registration on or after 31st July 2024 @ 10pm SGT, 100% full payment are required to secure your spot. No refund or exchange permitted after full payment has been made. For early registrants, we will send an email to request for the balance payment via Bank Transfer.
- For health or emergency reasons, any withdrawal request which takes place after making 100% full payment, a supporting documents/proofs have to be provided in writing via email minimum 30 days before 10th October 2024, 10pm SGT. A pro-rata payment may be granted case to case basis. Any withdrawal request after 10th October 2024, 10pm SGT irregardless of what circumstances, we regret to inform you that all payment will not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
